Silverado Canyon, out in the open wild with winding roads covered with old growth olive trees, known for its large lots and off the grid lifestyle. Living amongst the chaparral and its beauty also comes with the risk of wildfire country. A project in need of incorporating landscaping mitigation with native trees and fire break vegetation within the  California Fire regulatory zones to minimize the risks of wildfires reaching structures. Living in the WUI ( Wildland-Urban Interface) is possible and can still be beautiful with the correct approach using Firescaping precautions.
